Excellent service for kenmore elite side by side refrigerato
Technician Roosevelt is an expert at what he does. He came in and diagnosed the problem within minutes and repaired it. I highly recommend him.

Eon is a cool guy. The AC is started working itself when I turned ON after 3 days. He said , it could be due to frozen ice inside got melted. He found Freon was low outside condenser unit and filled it upto 60+.

Service representative was helpful
Eon was here to confirm that my AC unit had a leak that was not fixable. As the representative before him stated I NEED A NEW AC UNIT. Sears is not getting back to me on this matter. The unit is under service contract insurance that states fix it or replace it. I would like the job to be completed with a new AC unit. Eon was good at talking to the right people ,hoping this matter will be solved.
