He was very professional and know what exactly the issue is. It is 4th month he is spending on this and reporting repeatedly that the washer needs to be replaced but backend team is not approving the request. Me as a customer washing cloths spending money and time to go out and wash cloths for last 4 months. I still didn't have a solution.
