freezer is fixed
We had to wait 2 weeks for him to come back after he diagnosed the problem the part was shipped here within 1 week and 1 week for someone to be able to come out initially to diagnose the issue. Slow service, but glad he fixed it, and he was knowledgeable on the machine and what to do, so that was good.

Online System Notification does not work
I received a message at around 8 am that the service person would be arriving between 9 am - 10:30 am. at 9:30 received another update that they would arrive between 10:18 and 11:35 am. However the only way for me to know this was to continue to click on link in original text message. NO text were received for changes. I continued to check the updates and they continued to changed probably about 6 times. I received a text message at 1:28 PM that the technician was on their way and then received a call at 1:35 PM that they were there. It would have been nice to receive a call at least 15-20 minutes before arrival since the time changed so many times. You are not able to see any movement on the map so not sure the purpose of that. All the technician did was come in and say that the basket was broke and could not be replaced and needed to buy a new appliance. He may have been there for 10 minutes. Your technician may have been good but your notification system is not.

Not happy
Your technician never put the vent hose back on and put the dryer back in place. My wife can't do it. Poor Not Happy

Rude
Tech was rude and seemed like he was in a rush to get out. We unplugged our dishwasher so as not to see the constant blinking. This is the second time this has happened and the first time it seemed to have been fixed but started blinking again 3 weeks later. Hence is calling for help again. While waiting we had to unscrew the dishwasher to pull it out and unplug it. When tech showed up he plugged it back in and dishwasher was no longer blinking. He said there was no problem and told us since we unscrewed the dishwasher and pulled it out to unplug it that we could push it back In and screw it back ourselves. He was rude, condescending and in a rush to get out. We are very unhappy with his service and manners.

Technician didn't even pull out the pan to clean it basically said well I called about wasn't within his realm of responsibility

Dryer problem not yet evaluated
Dryer still not working. According to Brian dryer is appropriately working when not connected to vent. But it stops even when not connected to vent

Not satisfied at all.
My first experience is with trying to make an appt to utilize my maintenance agreement. Not an easy task. After being sent to 3 countries mind you... i finally give up and accept an appt. Surprised that I got a maintenance appt. for my heating and cooling on a saturday. I said, are you sure a "Sears" tech is coming ? They reply yes. So this saturday i get the text that they are on their way. I see a A & E truck park on the other side of the street a house away. Why? Like I cannot see A&E logo ? I told the tech I moved my vehicle so you could park in front of my house. Please move your truck. He comes in with nothing... not even a screwdriver. My first question to him is. This is supposed to be a heating and cooling maintenance call. He says it's only cooling. He said he could check the heating. I turn the heat on. He opens up the door to see the furnace burners. It's working. That was about it for the furnace. Next step the A.C. So I go with him outside to check the unit. I asked him aren't you going to get the debris out of the system ? He says no. Do you have a garden hose ? Yes as I point to the spigot and the hose. He washes the outside of the unit. Never checked anything. Am I happy with this tech. Absolutely not. I am tired of calling other countries when i should be able to talk to someone in the USA. That is where I live. I would also like to have a tech that is SEARS & sears only. No more A&E or H&H. To get a new clothes dryer per my contract, you left me without a close dryer for over 3 months. This is not satisfactory ! I am done with sears for good. I will try to at least get a sears tech to check the refrig and stove/oven before my contract is up on 1/5/24. Another thing, after keeping a maintenance agreement all these yrs. and now in 2024, you are no longer replacing items per my contract. How convenient is that. That is the reason I persevered with Sears in the first place.

Dryer still not working
My dryer is still not working. He problem was in the dryer. They took it apart. So I don't understand why it's not drying. Please send someone out as soon as possible

Dryer still not working
