Brian is the best of the best. He's been out so many times he's more like family. For me the warranty is well worth the $300 a year because its the same problem over and over and would cost me 4x $ to replace my stackable set. However my washer set is 11+ years old. Quick repair as always. Very knowledgeable. Thank you Brian for all you do. You are appreciated 💛 ❤️!
