Refrigerator guy
I have no complaints as far as Germaine's service/ability. He ordered the correct part even though he needed to call to be sure it was the correct item. He went the "extra mile." He repaired it with ease and was prompt. However, I don't know for sure, but assuming he was the one who left the very first time when my husband was there waiting for him. I don't think he waited very long at the door before he left, didn't knock loud enough, and did not make an effort to reach out to me before leaving. I missed a day's wages and my husband drove 3 hours to be there that day. I think a call or text should be sent before a technician leaves. I received nothing until after he was already gone and by then, it was too late.

Technicisn
My service technician was Ryan. He was extremely nice , professional, and polite. He was always courteous and conscientious of what he was doing and trying to keep my house as clean as possible while he was trying to work and get the issues worked out. I think he was very, very good and really really could be and is an asset to your agency. The only downfall was that he could be more knowledgeable. It seemed as if he might be newer but he has the drive to learn And to want to get the knowledge that he should have as a technician so I think he actually will be a very good asset to your agency.

The front door of the microwave was cracked, and the door handle was very loose, can come off at any time. Would have been helpful if he had recommended to replace the whole microwave. The microwave cannot be opened once the handle comes off, it was extremely loose. It gets used dailyh

Service
Asked for & was told I would receive a 2 hour window for service the evening before. Being a vacation home & 2 hours away it was needed NOT just 8am to 5pm. Technician called from my driveway at 8:45am. No other notice. Had to find a neighbor to let him in ;-( Technician was polite, professional & completed the repair ;-) No notice put things unnecessarily in scramble mode Luckily I had someone who could help. Jerry

Couldn't be bothered!
I will preface this with the statement that our refrigerator was repaired. The deep dive is that the technician took every short cut available. The part to be replaced was on the back wall of the freezer (bottom of the fridge). He took out the inside drawers and handed them to me saying'do something with this'. He never bothered to remove the outside front. Instead he wrested with the back panel until he was able to get it tilted enough to remove. When he replaced the single fan he then once again wrestled with the panel to fit it back in. He replaced the 2 drawers then simply shoved the front drawer back in. When asked if that was it he responded'that was what it said'. Very low confidence in his ability to truly diagnose an issue. After his departure we discovered that the front drawer panel had been bumped off the track. Something that was evident and the technician should have corrected. This repair was over $500 and I feel like I've been taken advantage of.

Air conditioning
The technician was pleasant and tried repeatedly to find out the cause of the system not working. He was not familiar with the (nest) thermostat therefore was unable to check it. He checked the main unit as well as the compressor but still wasn't able to address the issue. He was here for at least 2 hours but when he left all he could say was I think it's a wiring issue. I still had no air conditioning in my bedrooms with the temp outside in the nineties! I would hope that a technician sent should know the workings of a thermostat. If the one in place is in question they should have a test thermostat available in their truck. In the end I had to call a heat and air conditioning company to come in and they had it fixed in an hour at a significant cost to me. So much for paying a warranty company monthly and not having the system repaired. Frustrated !!

He defrosted my freezer and took the plug out from the bottom. When I tried to ask him questions about needing the plug and about the seal around the freezer door being ok. He was very short and answered I know what I am doing. His work was ok but he needs to have patience and answer the customers questions. Thank you

Service was adequate but not impressive. The inordinate delay between requesting and receiving it was not acceptable. So many communications from you to us before the appointment are totally unnecessary. Technicians could have been more efficient while performing their work - they left a scratch on our wooden floor and did not perform a test run after replacing the pump - hence our anxiety when we switched on. It worked fine, however.
