I was notified he was on his way. Job completed in a neat and timely way However I had a confirmed appointment was Oct 11 and waited all day and no one come and I got no notification about the situation even though the appointment was confirmed the day before and there was no way to talk to a person I could only reschedule

The trouble I'm having with the refrigerator is, it is making a strange noise I never heard before. But of course, it would not make the noise while Germaine was here. Germaine was very pleasant and patient while we waited. Also, I'm 84 years old and he helped me through the process of paying my bill by credit card over my I phone.

Quick response and through diagnostic
The Technician performed a through systems check, found several problems and because of those issues another component is about to fail. He explained which parts would have to be ordered and replaced. I would highly recommend this technician for anyone who requires fast and honest service.
