Refrigerator water filter
The tech really tried to solve the issue we are having with the water filter. However, I'm disappointed that sears replaced our previous filter with one that does not fit our model. Also in order to solve the problem a new part has to be ordered so the replacement filter can work. Its not fair that I have to pay almost $500.00 for the part when Sears should ensure parts they are replacing from other manufacturers should fit all their model refrigerators.

Great experience!
We had a gas smell when the oven was turned on. Had a very pleasant experience with John. The oven was of course fine when he came over (as tends to happen) but John did a full diagnostic and discovered the igniter was not functioning quite right and replaced it right away and we're not having the issue any more. Fingers crossed it stays that way.
