Good technician. bad company parts policy
Technician was professional, polite and efficient. Company should produce small replacement parts so that an entire assembly does not need to be replaced because two small parts are broken.

Refrigerator
Hi unfortunately our refrigerator is still making the same noise as it was before the tech changed the part. The tech was nice but very disappointed that the problem wasn't corrected. It would be great if we could get a tech out on Friday Aug. 18th instead of waiting until Monday as my fridge is very loud.

Refrigerator diognastics
The service technician was not engaged didn't take precautions to cover my hardwood floor when pulling out the refrigerator… my floor was scratched .

Dishwasher repair
Booked the service, which keep getting cancelled multiple time without informing and taking consent from my side. It got fix, but not working defaulting the last setting for next run. Technician promised he will order other parts and come back again in a week time to fix, and once he left the home closed the ticket. Looks like miscommunication to me on a lot of fronts. Not sure if this home service is even worth it.

Inexperienced
Wayne was unable to locate the problem with my refrigerator. He even broke one of the lines when moving the refrigerator. With the assistance of my husband, he found the problem, but was guessing before my husband's input. I expected a highly skilled and experienced person to come fix my refrigerator and got someone who was unsure.

Horrible fridge not working
I just got an email. He forged my signature. I told him on arrival the fridge is cool today but has not been is inconsistent. Also, the fridge didn't run for a day. He was leaving and asked if he was addressing the fact that the fridge doesn't stay cool. His answer was if it is running today I can't do anything and hummed and walked out.
