Verona range repair
Although Steven was not authorized for my brand of range he has worked on my other appliances in the past. Always professional and knowledgable. Steven contacted the insurance so they could reshedule with a tech that has worked on Verona appliances.

BEST SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Jim is absolutely amazing! I have had this problem from the time I purchased my refrigerator in 2019! Multiple technicians have attempted to correct the problem. Jim was the only one to notice a missing tube inside the refrigerator door. if you could request a specific technician, I would only request Jim in the future! He's quick, thorough, skilled and personable! Jim deserves more than five stars!
