Our Technician Jim was very respectful, very knowledgeable and very helpful and an all around nice guy. There should be more men like Jim. Just by loosening a few screws and looking in my Air Conditioner he knew exactly what needed to be done and it was fixed within 5 minutes.

David, my service technician, did an OUTSTANDING job tuning-up my Craftsman Tractor once again this spring ! He has been my trusted Tec for many years now, and he knows my machine very well. He looks for ways to keep my mower running in top shape. I am thoroughly satisfied with his work and highly recommend him !!

Please be aware that this review doesn’t reflect the technician, Karl’s work. I’ve had a Sears warranty protection agreement for 30 years. While they have come in the past to “fix” an appliance only to not have a part and have to come back, there was a person I could call to figure out what was going on. Now, they are so AI dependent, that once appointments are made, no human could be found. On 4/12 we were notified by text that the technician would be coming at 9, 10:10, 11, 1:01, 2:48, 3:04,4:05 and that he wasn’t coming ! Surprise! Had 14 people coming to dinner the next day and no cooktop. Came on 4/17. Had to order parts. Sears made him come back 4/18 to take more pictures. Then it was decided, it can’t be fixed. So we had to take off 3 days from work which cost me more than a cooktop. Hopefully they will fulfill the agreement and give us a cooktop of equal value. Richard, my AI buddy asked me for the model number of the cooktop 6 times which I provided and I finally ignored him. So far, I have not been able to speak with a human. Good luck with your USELESS AI. Dryer repair was supposed to show up yesterday but came today, just before I had to leave for work.
