Washing machine
The two technicians today were professional and courteous. We were very displeased with the rescheduling of appointments (3x) and the non communication with office. It was very displeasing not knowing if your technician was going to show up or nit. Even when they did with only 2 person , this job required 2, the appointments had to be reschedule. This cause lost of pay for our jobs and time which we cannot recoup.

This was really disappointing tech was tired after being out all day, just added banned Refrigerant to my system that has a leak and needs to be replaced. i'm saying SCAM in the works.

The worse Sears service
Since February 13, we have been trying to get Iskander appliance repair to fix our microwave. They are the worse appliance repair company. They absolutely do not have the knowledge to fix anything, they are rude & liars.

Dryer repair
Claimed the repair was done and was not willing to wait to demonstrate completion. Five minutes after he left I tried to dry a load and the pronounced loud sound was as loud as ever. He had not solved the problem.

Poor service
The service was terrible. Tech never went into detail with the washer beyond saying its clogged. He gave us a zip tie to unclog the drain, and said that everything else was fine. Never went into the issue of why it was clogging. He was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Looked like he was in a rush to leave. Ridiculous. If it was up to me, he'd get no stars from me.

Incorrect diagnosis by sesrshomeservices/CHW
The technician diagnosed my refrigerator which is more than 7-8 years old. He said lots of dust in the machine and it is expensive to fix., due to this fridge is gone. Then he went outside of my porch and called the Choice Home warranty gave pet hair as the reason for the issue. Due to this, I neither got any claim nor it is fixed by Choice Home Waranty. I got the pet only 2 months ago. Few days later, I hired a different service company and they tested & diagnosed everything more than an hour and they clearly stated that the refrigerator failed due to its age & wear & tear. CHW and Sears work hand in hand to deny your claim. This is a not a right way to do business and it's a huge loss of $ for me. Total waste of time & money. I am disappointed and feel betrayed by these companies.
