Excellent Service Technician
Dan was at my house the first service call to diagnose my Samsung washer problems. He figured it out in no time and was ordering me the parts to get shipped to my house. He then scheduled a new install appointment right on the spot. Once the parts arrived it was Dan once again to install the new parts. He was extremely courteous and friendly. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and informed me on many things about my washer. He fixed it in no time at all. We tested it and Perfection !! Works like new.
