I had a very good experience with Sears Home Repair. I appreciate their notification system that keeps customers updated with the appointment information and arrival time for service. The technician, Jim, was very polite and helpful with the payment scanning app on my phone. He got the job done quickly and I already see an improvement with the performance of my refrigerator after he repaired it. I was grateful that a repair option was available for an older appliance. Usually, I get told not to bother fixing things and just get new ones. In reality, the older appliances last much longer than the new ones and may be worth fixing.

Excellent service. Only bump: When I attempted 3 times to confirm on their robot chat that "Yes-The ordered parts had been delivered to my house", their chat app froze. So my Yes response was not recorded and therefore the follow-up appointment with a repair tech could not be confirmed. I immediately sensed that my Yes might not have been recorded, so I called them on the phone. The experience on the phone with a human (across the globe) just to record my Yes was more painful than it should have been. In the end, my washer issue got resolved smoothly.

This was a long difficult repair and John was able to fix the wall oven without complaining and even had a sense of humor. Took two people to take out the oven to work on. Took awhile to schedule the service but I’m happy with the service today.

Technician was fine but scheduling is terrible. 4 calls before finally came for product. Does not matter if you have apt for am, pm it is never is slotted time and also cancels completely to another day without any request by the customer. Scheduling does not even take the proper information for product to be repaired. I would not have my job if I operated as they do. Definitely has to be revised.
