CHW SUCKS
Ismer was excellent. However your company sucks. EVERYTHING is excluded from my policy. My AC last year, my frig this year, etc etc.. Complete waste of money!

The Tech was awesome and professional. I do not like the fact that they do not have a window time. It is unfair to have a customer wait all day for services.

Although the wrong parts were shipped, he still investigated the problem. It was determined at this time it may be the water line. I will have a plumber replace it. I was told to call back when its done so he can return and replace the ice maker. Thank you as usual trust in a Sears Technician

Mechanic was nice..but freezer doesn't slide easily. ...cold setting a mystery...design of placement of fan motor is inaccessible without complete disassembly of freezer costs customer tme and money.

Nice Guy! But
This technician is a nice guy but he did not do anything to solve the problem. Also, I was hoping he would do a maintenance prevention checkup on my washer but he did not do that.
