Totally Frustrated !
It was not good! It started 12/6/23 and hopefully ended today 1/26/24 It took 12 scheduled appointments-9 of which were no shows! One tech came out but was given wrong work order- he couldn't do anything. The techs were all nice. & knowledgeable. Communication was impossible- no live person with any knowledge or experience. It was a very frustrating, time consuming experience. It should not have taken 7 weeks to fix my washer. I have had warranties on various appliances over the years, never have I experienced anything like this. I was literally beside myself because of lack of communication. Terrible terrible experience!

ANNUAL REPAIR DRYER AND WASHER
Andrew the technician was very personable. Explained everything pertaining to all of the questions that I had. Respectful of the area where both the items to be repaired. Left location area clean. Did fantastic job. I even had a question pertaining to where the tubes for the water is connected. He advised even though it's been like that for a while to call the plumber and update the attachment from where water shut off valve is located. Thanks for that information.
