Omg what's can I say Kenneth was excellent Hos customer service and his knowledge about what he was doing was awesome He kept me informed of everything he was doing and thank you for pointing out that my dryer vent duct needed to be clean an you was right it was a bird nest I was able to clean it out an now everything is working as it's brand new thank you again
