Great service
Mike was great in both visits (initial diagnosis and then repair after a part was ordered). He called as soon as he was on his way so that we could have the fridge prepped and ready and he was able to get right to work. Also really appreciated that he was willing to explain the issue and help us understand what it might cost without a service contract so we could better analyze our cost benefit for future repairs.
