Repairing refrigerator
The technician Robert got my refrigerator working. No problem with Robert. He knew what he was doing. The first technician didn't do his job. My beef is that I shouldn't had to wait over a month for the part to come to my house. After I had a chat with Sears home service they finally ordered the part from another place. No one should have to be without a refrigerator for 5 or 6 weeks. Thanks to Robert, once the part was delivered he put it in today. In the future if a part is back ordered more than two weeks you should try to order it from somewhere else and let the customer know what us going on and not leave them hanging.
