The Technician Robert was excellent.
The tech Robert was excellent. However the dispatching is terrible. I waited ALL DAY last week (Friday), only to find a lousy excuse why the tech was not dispatched. Your company told me that week that the parts were sent. Then Sears said I didn't tell them the parts were delivered. They never informed me of having to contact them. I'm contemplating cancelling American Home Warrrnty because of your company. Thanks for the great techs, but your dispatch procedures are TERRIBLE. I am a massage therapist who depends on washing my sheets daily.

He took his time to evaluate the issue and ended up fixing the ice maker without using the parts that were ordered. So if Michael was the technician at the first service call in August we would not have had to wait 2 months to get the ice maker fixed.
