We've had three visits over the span of weeks to fix a leaking issues with our dryer. First visit, confirmed it is leaking (thanks). Second visit, order the part needed (cause they couldn't just order the part after the first visit for some reason). Third visit, after a couple reschedules from their side came to tell us they can't service the washer after all cause it is stacked and they can't unstack it themselves. So washer still isn't fixed, will have to call again to figure out what to do, charged $190 for "labor." Thanks!

Came out once for 30 minutes left without testing been 2 weeks 7 cancellations and still no help tried to go to store in deptford it's not there

They came out to fix my fridge and didn’t put it back together right. 4 hours later my house is covered in water because they didn’t connect the water line back correctly. When I finally got to talk to someone they told me I would need to wait a week for someone to come look at it…. That’s insane. You were here 4 hours ago and caused the issue. I will never use this service again.

Renford, the technician, was fine, courteous, helpful. But working with the company was UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATING. Since this began in June (dryer repair) I have had 80 interactions with the company: calls to ask them to send someone to complete a pre-paid repair, service calls cancelled at the last minute or a no-show technician for a scheduled service call. Most frustrating, one tech ordered replacement parts from Amazon, which came in due time. But the company listed the order as “cancelled” and repeatedly cancelled service calls due to “waiting for parts” (even though we had them). Company did not correct our old non working phone number despite our numerous requests. Company seems to be run by a robot: relies on online interactions to schedule service calls, with no identifiable person. Our calls after voicemail menus were referred to a call center someplace which were not helpful. And then we received constant solicitations for home warranty contracts, and in one case medical insurance. The company is incompetent. .Never again will we do business with it. Update: after 4 months and nearly $500 a technician finally arrived to install the part that the original tech had ordered. Dryer still does not work, shuts off after 10 minutes. The latest tech installed the part and left, did not bother to confirm that our problem had been solved. At least Sears is out of our lives now.

never fixed 1st time said he did. Your technician was rude to my mother and told her he couldn't wait any longer for someone to answer his call he has other jobs to do

I am disappointed with Roberts attitude. I was told 1 price for my dryer repair $377- $158 for the initial diagnosis (which I did the diagnosis) Then he only gave 50% discount on that fee (appx.$60.0) I wanted to speak to a supervisor for the bait and switch (as I was told the entire fee would be rolled into the repair by the first tech) I asked for the supervisors number, Robert wouldn't provide it, then I asked for the supervisor to call e, he didn't) Robert then packed up his tools and left the house. I wasn't there and my tenant had to let them in. I didn't sign for anything and I saw a signature on the ticket. I filed a complaint with Sears and they said someone would call be back within 1 hour. This was at 11:23 pm and so far no reply. Plus Sears said they would be back today with a different tech to complete the dryer repair. Let's see If I ever use them again. BTW, I supplied a part number, a photo of the Model and Serial number. They didn't bring the part out on the first visit..( a way to generate a fee) and then the tried to essentially overcharge me by 50% 0f the Diagnostic fee. I'm holding my breath and I'm waiting........
