Referigerator not maintaining actual temperature
While I appreciate all the hard work, the refrigerator is not maintaining the recommended temperature which is 38 degrees. Its usually above 42. Not sure if the gasket was sealed properly. It would be really helpful if somebody could fix it. We did not have that issue before even with old gaskets. Thank you! Umesh

He lied to us
Jaime said he would recommend a new dishwasher to replace the one that hasn't worked in a year, one that we have been paying good money for years to cover on a protection agreement. Then we found out no, instead he made up some story to his boss about mice, giving him the excuse not to made an extensive repair. If he saw any mice it would have been good for him to point them out to us instead of lying to us. I asked him twice to confirm he would recommend a replacement. Twice he said he would. I'm beginning to think this is some scam Sears pulls when they don't want to replace an item they cover. For months techs have been coming to the house, saying they needed this part or that, which were always on back order. None of them mentioned mice. We are giving Sears one last chance to make this right. Then we are going to the AG's consumer protection office.

Ongoing problem
Not good. Problem was not fixed. All he did was change the temperature on my freezer

Not enough attention to detail
The first time he came out he gave no indication that he was on his way, didn't ring the doorbell and left even though I was home. This past time he came to visit he did repair the fridge but also put the flex zone to freeze which just caused contents to explode damaging the refrigerator

Snowblower assessment
Horrible service. Claimed the gear box of the snowblower needs to be replaced- when according to Sears own website there can be several reason why the blades on the snowblower do not move. And they don't suggest replacing an expensive part. All this guy did was turn on the snowblower and did nothing else for determining what the issue is.

Lost some $ waiting
Didn't arrive at appt, called at 5pm, the end of the window saying that Best Buy shouldn't have scheduled him, they need whirlpool.
