Wonderful
Spent over 3 hours on washer. Under machine on back taking apart and changing and replacing parts. Went above and beyond and was very courteous. Great guy!

Oven Repair
Timothy was an excellent and professional service provider. After my oven broke for the same cause in 2 years instead of just replacing the broken part he determined the oven ignitor could be replaced with an improved version that would not likely break again like before. In 10 years I have had 2 ovens and 3 separate repairs on my oven. But now someone had the smarts to fix it is a way that will hopefully prevent the issue ever again.

Timothy was helpful in making the decision to use detergent pods till we are ready to buy a new dishwasher. The cost of replacing the soap dispenser is more than buying a new machine itself.
