Excellent, efficient, pleasant experience.
Arrived first thing in the morning the day after Christmas, assessed the problem, fortunately had the part, and repaired my refrigerator. This all happened between 8:30 AM and 11 AM. Very satisfied.

Adair F did a good job and was friendly and courteous. We had been waiting for days for a technician. Sears Home Services is one of the worse I have experienced. We kept getting bumped. Most infuriating is the built-in inability to reach a live customer service agent to help solve problems. This is not the fault of the technician. It is a problem with the automatic scheduling system and possibly overbooking of technicians. Nevertheless Adair, understanding our predicament, was able to rearrange his schedule to fit us in. Thumbs up for Adair, two thumbs down for corporate Sears Homer Services.
