Kenmore Dryer
I thought Joseph did a good job, until I used my dryer several days later. While running it was very loud (it had not been like that before) and I could feel a lot of heat on the right side of my machine (which I had never felt before). There was also some lint coming out of the dryer. A friend of mine looked at it and said the connection to the outside vent was not hooked up correctly. It was not securely inserted into the dryer. I had to go to a store to purchase new vent connectors and a flexible hose. My friend connected it to the dryer and the outside vent. It is now working correctly.

Do your job
I can flip a breaker switch for a lot less than $129. He spent more time figuring out how to bill me on his phone than he did caring if the refrigerator was going to work. He was back in his truck in less than 10 minutes after we threw the breaker. Now I've been without a refrigerator for 4 days and they can't send anyone out until Friday??!!! I need a call from someone who is responsible for this!
