Still a problem
John was a nice man, knowledgeable but didn't have time to hang around to hear squealing periodic sound refrigerator make.

needs more experience
technician should have fixed washing machine on first visit. Had to reschedule and was successful the second time. Turns out that all that was needed was to clean out a filter on the water line. should have checked that initially. Only takes a few minutes.

Still not working
Philip is a nice guy but after 3 appointments and over $500 spent, the ice maker still does not work.

Disgraceful service
To begin with it would be helpful if you called to explain why you didn't see fit to show up. I would also like to know why I am receiving email documents including an estimate and a receipt along with other forms for a service that never took place. This is the second time this has happened. I have been without a stove / oven for two months on an appliance that is under a Sears Master Protection Agreement.
