The technician (the tech was 4 star) was very helpful but the overall Sears Home automated scheduling app/program was terrible (this was a 2 star). It was almost essentially impossible to actually talk to anyone about nuances of the service date and time until they came to the house in an 8 hour window.

Didn't resolve main issue
He fixed one of the problems but the main problem keeping my food cold is still not fixed after replacing the part. Now I need to wait til 8/16 to have them look at it again and I can't buy food cause my fridge is not cold enough.

Replacing rubber seal around freezer door
Had freezer inspected at it was accumulating a lot of ice in freezer by service tech, ordered part ans said part would come to our house in a few days and scheduled service instillation the following friday between 8 am to noon. nobody came or called us so i called Choice warranty and they were fairly clueless why nobody showed up but said they would reschedule date but never got an explanation on what happened with this appt. so we had to wait another 5 days before it got installed and trying to keep our food frozen. This was our 1st experience with Choice service and I wasn't very impressed, stan kuta. Installation went great

Where to start
#1- Biggest issue is forged a fake name to charge bill without my permission. #2- Claimed issue was same as before (salt bridge) which previous tech did not fix so should not have been charged. #3 Did not fix the issue, told be to dig out salt and clean tank then went and sat in his van for ~45 minutes.

Liars and no-shows
I set aside my entire morning to make sure I was around between 8:00 am and noon. I received a text at 10:30 am saying my technician, Lucas, would be arriving soon, so I made sure I was sitting in my living room the entire time. I waited for an hour, Lucas never showed up. I checked my order status and was informed that Lucas had closed my appointment and claimed that I had not been home and somehow also that I said I would install it myself. I had been home the whole time, and had never spoken to Lucas once, especially not to say that I would install the part myself. If I have a single other negative experience with this company, I will have my bank reverse the charges as fraudulent

Quoted wrong parts
We needed seals and clutch fixed on washer. Service person quoted for motor and agitator. These were parts not needed. Everything works on the machine, except it leaks. Now I have to pay someone else to come look at my machine.

Floor was damaged
The repair was done okay but there is a gouge in the vinyl floor where the washer was pulled out to work on. We need it fixed or replaced.
