Never again.
The tech was great but the Sears system of scheduling an appointment was awful. No way to contact the tech personally to find out if he would get to my home before 7 p.m. as indicated by the Sears text message. Sears overbooks their techs and doesn't acknowledge that some appointments need more time once the tech has the chance to assess the machine & determine what the problem actually is. Some CEO & his groupies though a totally computer-based scheduling system was a great idea but what they set up is horrible.

The technician was fine. However, how you handle the appointments is unacceptable. Changing them with little notice, calls on the day of the appointment saying your appointment for tomorrow is confirmed.?? The length of time waiting for the appointment is way to long. Very disappointed in your service.

Great service person-bad message center
Jeff K was very courteous and messaged me before his arrival. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. My only complaint was with the inefficiency of Sears Servive's messaging system. On one single day I got 12 (twelve) messages from them with conflicting information about my upcoming appointment. Several even after Jeff has finished his service and left my home. Sorry, but you asked.
