Dryer repair
Appreciate the communication on the visit, but we still did not get any answers as to why our items are coming out, extremely hot and smelling like a chemical/smoke, smell, almost like charcoal. It's very concerning, and we are worried about a fire happening even though the technician said that he couldn't find anything wrong.

Washing Machine Repair
Curtis arrived on time. He was immediately upset that I had a stacked unit and he didn't know (the work order stated stacked unit). He stated he wasn't going to be able to work on it because the he couldn't move the dryer. He repeated "I am so sick of this job" over and over again. I then brought in my own table and had to lift the dryer off of the washer with him for him to complete the service and then put the dryer back on the washer when he was done. He completed the work fine, but I was highly unimpressed with the fact I had to move the dryer with him and his poor attitude.

Do NOT use this company!
We had our original appointment scheduled for Sears to come and look at our refrigerator. They were scheduled to come anywhere from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon. All the appointments were in this timeframe and they would not give a specific time so you have to stay home all day or in my case, take vacation time from work. At 9:00 in the morning, they canceled the appointment and rescheduled. The service technician came the next time and determined it needed a part which he ordered to arrive at our house . The part arrived in less than a week. To shorten the story, they no showed the next three appointments. They said the part had not arrived despite us calling the company four separate times letting them know we had the part. The tech (William) had assumed the part had not arrived because the computer was not updated by the company. I called after every rescheduled appointment to let them know we had the part. After the second no show I even called to again let them know we had the part and asked to speak to a supervisor. They said they would "escalate" the call. All I received fron the "escalation" was an e-mail telling me when the next rescheduled appointment was. They finally came today and fixed the fridge which was four months since our original call. We could not change repair services because this repair was done under warranty and the warranty company could not switch providers because Sears had already ordered the part. One reschedule the same day, three no shows, many wasted vacation days, and MANY phone calls to this company is unwarranted and a shame! When William did arrive, he was pleasant and efficient. The problem is with the management of this company and not the technician. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN from this company. I would have given zero stars to the management of this company but lowest option was one star.

Rude, disrespectful, and argumentative
He was given the description to come and fix the rubber seal around our front load washer and dryer combo. He did not fix it. He just walked out arguing and accusing me of causing the problem without any evidence . The issue that happened with the seal around the front door was not cause by us. It was factory manufacture defect. I explain to him, but he won't listen. He insisted and argued with me stating he been doing this for 30+ years and at the same time while accusing me to cause the issue. He was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. We have been waiting for a repair for almost 5 days just for him to come and act in such manner was unacceptable. He shouldn't be allowed to go to people houses to do such a work.

Service
William was very efficient fixing our fridge. Other than that experience with Sears home services was not good. Parts originally ordered on April 10. Only received one. I called on April 27, was told it would be shipped. Was out of town for couple weeks so when got home called again on May 22 because we had not received part. Was told we would have it in 3-5 business days. Did not. Called again on May 31. Finally received the part. I called to set up appointment to replace parts. Was told we already had one set up for June 14. We were unaware of that because we were not called regarding the day. Fortunately that day was going to work for us. I feel we should have been contacted first before it was set up. Also when we purchased extended warranty we were told it would cover anything that broke. We found out that is not true. One of our produce drawers has a vertical crack in it that keeps getting bigger. When repairman was here first time he said that was not covered. We feel it should be covered as fridge less than 5 years old. Drawers should not crack that soon if at all. So in short we are not happy with most of the service we got.
