Great Service
Bill was on time or early both times he had to come to my house, and called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He was knowledgeable about the fridge repair. He asked me about the home warranty, but didn't pressure me to get it, and I respect that. Bill was friendly and professional and got the job done quickly.

He did the best job he could but the parts that came are apparently not working properly. He left the house & the first load of laundry we tried to do the washer was back to not working. So frustrating since we have been without a washer for 2 months now. The laundromat gets expensive to have to use when you have already paid for a washer.

Tech was great
The tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. After shipping delays and backlogs, and having the company ship the wrong replacement part, he was still able to get my fridge to work. He was skillfull, but behind the scenes not impressed with the parts ordering and accuracy.

Cracked stove top
He could have checked thr burners better. The guy living in apartment says burners got hot than cool off. He only ran burners for short time
