Great tech, horrible scheduling
Tyler was a great tech and had the problem fixed quickly. Once he got here. We were rescheduled twice and ended up being 2 weeks from the original scheduled date. Second reschedule was 30 minutes prior to service time. A+ for the tech and his knowledge and skills, D- for the scheduling side of things.
