Service od dryer
William was Very polite , Very professional he explained how certain things like coins or buttons and etcetera could have possibly been the reason for sound. Disassembled dryer to make sure everything was in proper working order. He did not find anything not working properly. Would be Happy for William to return to our home for repairs on appliances when need in the future. Thank you to William and Sears for help in promptly servicing our dryer.

Accountability to appointment time
Gabriel called with expected arrival time & showed up when he said he would. Once there he was knowledgeable & polite.✔️ That is much better than we've had in the past w/ some techs. We had several occasions in the past where we waited all day for techs to arrive, but never heard from them & they just rescheduled the appointment after waiting from 8:00am-5:00pm.

GE bottom freezer service call
He was very careful and through with his service check. He seemed very knowledgeable about the potential problems. I am having difficulty ordering the recommended replacement filter. The website does NOT offer the RFID version only the same version I picked up locally from the hardware store. The 800 number is taking forever to get to a person- wish me luck.
