Technician was the only bright spot of this experience
Gabriel was great, however, I will never trust Sears again with any home repair. One part, of the 4 ordered never arrived. Had to order the part myself from an outside vendor to finally get the repair completed. Due to Sears failure to stay in communication, I was without a refrigerator for almost a month. I called Sears to try and find out why part had not shipped and the person on the 1-800 number was no help and advised they would escalate the situation and I would receive a call within 72 hours. That was on 6/27 it is now 7/8 and still have not been contacted. As stated before Gabriel did a great job, but Sears failed miserably.

Didn't do anything
Technician arrived, looked at dishwasher. Didn't replace parts that were ordered. Realized he should have ordered something else. Warranty won't cover that part. So essentially, we are back where we started.

Warranty
Tyler was good, but your service on getting the repairs was the worst that we have experienced. After all the parts that were ordered, we should had a new machine. There were several appointments that the service man did not show up and we were not notified. This is the worst customer service that we have seen in many many years. You left the trash here along with the parts and all of the cardboard containers here, if you come by to get it, it probably will be a year from know. This again is the worst service from Sears and we will never by a Kenmore product because of Sears service.

The worst company ever dealt with
Sears cancelled 7 appointments late in the day costing me 7 days of work. The phone system prevents any contact with person. Been without a working microwave for 6 weeks. A call to Whirlpool service had a technician in 1 day and the microwave repaired. Sears is a disgrace and I caution anyone from using them.

Samsung refigerator
Gabriel is an excellent technician. He has come to try to fix the ice buildup on the back right wall beside the rear cover. He has come 5 times. I had to totally empty the freezer and refrigerator 2 separate times and unplugged it 24 hours in advance before he came to do work. He has replaced the cover twice and the problem still persists. The refrigerator needs to be replaced. I am too old to be doing this over and over again. Twice Gabriel has called and done face time with his supervisor to get instruction on how to fix the problem. Today Gabriel used silver tape on the right vertical wall before the new cover was installed. When the cover was in place Gabriel ran silicone caulk down the right side of the new cover. Both techniques have not helped. There is still ice forming on the same place as before. I want my refrigerator replaced.

Joseph great A&E not
Tech is good, company sucks!! Horrible experience. 1 month without a washer, awful experience. I paid out of pocket to have someone else fix. 8-5pm time windows 2 days I need to take off work?? They didn't know they needed to schedule 2 techs not one which delayed things. A&E the worst company ever. Would never recommend. Horrible

Poor basic skills
He left and did no repairs because he could not roll the refrigerator away from the wall. I just got home and it rolled away from the wall very easily. Now we have to reschedule because your technician can't perform the simple task of moving the refrigerator
