Dryer repair
The technician that provided service was very professional and completed repair in a timely fashion and provided feedback. The process to schedule the repair was awful. The number of phone calls to arrange was excessive, unprofessional customer conversations with no solutions and never was able to escalate the call to management to work on a solution
