Freezer Diagnosis

Tyler found a previously misdiagnosed problem right away and corrected it! So glad we called Sears! The last company quoted me 400.00 for a problem that didn't exist! Tyler was quick to fix the issue, informative of how I can fix it if it ever reoccurs and very polite. Thanks Sears!
