Very professional. His first visit he discovered more problems than originally thought. Ordered the parts and came today to complete the work. Cleaned up when he finished. We are very pleased.

The technician came in and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. The only problem with Sears is they give you an eight to five window and it's just ridiculous to sit around your house all day and not know when they're coming. Even the darn cable companies give you an eight to noon or a 1:00 to 5:00 window but not Sears. The technician does contact you about an hour before he gets here but you never can be too far away. That would be my only complaint
