The technician was very efficient. He worked quickly. I haven't used the dryer yet, but it is heating up correctly and he put in a new wall plug, also. Thanks so much.

Tyler, the technician was professional, extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about the Samsung refrigerator. Unfortunately from my own research about this model so many others have experienced the same with this manufacturer. I will no longer purchase Samsung products. However, I will not hesitate to use Sears repair for future appliances.

The guy that came was great. Whom ever schedules, isn't. Waited all day Saturday just to be told wasn't coming. I understand things happen. But im.in service business my self and would have notified cust that I wasn't coming way before 3pm. Was scheduled between 8am and 5pm. Maybe could give a little better notice and shorter time frame.
