Technician was great his service and pvery professional. But sears all over customer service is the worse wrong part ordered 2x technician out 3 x for my stove and the robot text message sears uses canceled my appointment saying the part never arrived and it had arrived was wrong but they didn’t know it. Never could speak to a human to communicate anything. Have used sears for all appliance repair this was by far the worse experience now tech has to come again praying it will be correct part.
