After a previous disasterous repair with another company, Tim was heaven sent! He communicated with me about his arrival time and PUNCTUALLY arrived. He started right away, very professional and informative. I hope and pray that Sears knows what an asset he is to this company. In this current world where most employees do not care about delivering customer service, he provided EXCELLENT service and relieved a lot of stress. Refrigerator Repair
After numerous calls from a variety of technicians, I hope that the repair has been successful this time. I've been told to wait 24 hours and then assess it. This has been a very frustrating experience as it has been ongoing since February and the same issue has happened for approximately four years.
