Highly recommend Drew and Sears Home Servives for anyone needing repairs or replacements from their services. Extremely professional and very quick to reply to your questions and concerns. It is hard to find good customer service these days and Sears Home services exceeded my expectations. I will only use them from now on for all my repair needs.

Dishwasher repair
Johnny is a consummate professional. He is an amicable communicator for what issue needed to be fixed. Doing without the dishwasher for a few weeks was "a chore" in that the 3 items ordered were sufficient and the original return appointment was cancelled when they said another part had to be ordered and rescheduled the appointment. When Johnny saw that what they reordered was already ordered he had two of the same part! That is just all due to computers doing the customer service AND scheduling. I do not like AI handling appts and customer' there us no service then
