Went the extra mile…
We were having some AC issues, he quickly found an issue with the blower and repaired it but even after that we weren't getting the airflow anticipated, he found an old vent opening in the main line that could be causing some significant issues (and if nothing else a major waste of cold air that should be going IN the house, not UNDER it)… not sure how he saw it because I definitely wouldn't have found it! Thankful for him taking that extra minute to talk through the "symptoms" and look around rather than assuming the one part he found was the entire issue and be done with it.

Very knowledgeable
The call center operator- I would give a 1 star for harassing me over selling me a warranty…he would not stop when I kept saying no….. And a 5 star rating for the technician. He was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. I wish I could call him instead of the call center.
