He was great and checked out everything inside the frigerator and the back of the refrigerator and explained to me the problems. I knew exactly what was wrong after he checked out everything and explained to me other serious issues that a new compressor would not solve.

Drew serviced my GE refrigerator today and he did an excellent job. He is so knowledgeable about refrigerators which means I can learn a bit. And he is personable which doesn't hurt! I am very happy with my Service Warranty because the technicians (well, for sure Drew) get the job done in an efficient manner.

He was very professional. He came in asking me some questions about the refrigerator, start looking and figure it out. They no longer make the part for my problem , gave suggestion wrote up bill and he left. I will give him a 10.
