Problem with ice cream not freezing
Jorge took his time to diagnose the problem and I feel confident he solved it. We have to wait to see if ice cream freezes now. Jorge was very personable and diligent about doing the job.

LG dryer repair
Johnny responded quickly to my claim request. He recognized the problem and proceeded to disassemble the dryer. He had the necessary parts to make the repairs and after replacing them, he also cleaned out any dryer lint that had accumulated in the dryer. I thought he did a great job, and the dryer is working fine. He is a very personable man, and I would recommend him.

I was most impressed with the speedy response to my request for service and the way on the day of service I was updated regularly on when to expect the technician to arrive. Drew was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem, both he and his trainee were most efficient.
