Fred did great but.......
I have no problem with the job Fred did. He was great but the people I made the appointment with did not do as they said they would. They told me the technician would call me at least 1 hour before arriving. No one called. I received a text message saying the technician was on the way & in less than 20 minutes he was at my house. Luckily I was home but had I not been as I orginally thought I would not have had enough time to be home before Fred arrived. Communication could be better.

Service was wonderful but it's not fixed
I don't blame the technician, I blame the refrigerator. He did a great job and it seemed like the problem may be fixed but it isn't. Really hope my ticket doesn't get closed.
