Your technician was excellent, but your virtual system to get him here stinks. The automated system cancelled an appointment arbitrarily, wanted me to schedule an appointment before my parts arrived, (saying they arrived)and wanted to charge me again for the service already paid for. I hope a human being is reading this.

He not only repaired the washer and cleaned it out really well, but also serviced the dryer perfectly. He gave us a lot of tips on how to ensure they stayed running properly and important information about what to look for in the next house we're moving to in terms of configuration of dryer vents and duct work, the washer hose, etc. He's REALLY good at what he does, we appreciate that so much!
