Andrew called to let me know that he was coming in a short time window that was within the time frame assigned. He was on time, explained everything, gave me options for diagnosis or repair, and mentioned an appliance plan for all appliances as an option as well. I chose not to do that one today, and Andrew repaired my dryer efficiently. It works again! I appreciated Andrew's work and professionalism. Thanks!
