Awesome quick service
I contacted Sears at 5am. Received an appointment for same day. Tim called me to confirm that he would be by today. He asked questions about the problem. He arrived on time. He brought in a tarp to make clean up easy. He adjusted the door and had my dryer working in no time. Very friendly and informative. Left my house in order.

Davin was honest, efficient, and had my best interest at heart when completing my service. I have been without a refrigerator for nearly a month with no resolution, and subpar service prior to his diagnosis. Finally, I was granted a replacement refrigerator!

Andrew was terrific. He was thorough in making sure everything was working properly before he left, which I really appreciated. He offered tips and recommendations too. I was very pleased with his visit. My issue is with the scheduling of his visit. After scheduling online at 8:00 am, I was told someone would be here between 10:30 and noon. Every time I checked the schedule, the time was pushed back. Andrew eventually got here at 4:45. I had waited all day. At least someone called at 3:15 and said he'd be here at 4:30. On the first visit for this issue, ( they had to order a part) the same thing happened… time kept getting pushed back, but no one called. Technician just showed up around 4:30. The other problems were that after the first technician left, I got a message that they were sorry they couldn't get to me that day and would reschedule. Huh? Also, I received the needed part at my home, but later the automated service told me that the part was delayed and they would need to reschedule the follow up appointment. Huh? I just really didn't trust that anyone would actually show up. But I was grateful to both technicians for getting to my house before the day ended, but there should be a better way so customers don't have to wait for hours and hours. And… some more accurate info from the automated system.
