Rodney was great.
The 1 thing I'm disappointed about is the company schedule that had me waiting for the exact time he would arrive. I was told 8am - 5pm. He got here a little after 4pm, didn't know he was on the way until after 3pm. I was off today, and there was a lot of things I could have taken care of before that time. If would make things alot better to know the estimated time they will arrive so that I can use my time wisely.
