I had Mr Vick twice and each time he did a great job. I had multiple technicians to come out and no one gets the job done, but Mr Vick fixed it both times and even came back to make sure he could get it done for my family. If i need any services again i will be requesting him by name !!

Romero is great!
He was always so professional, and completed the repair so quickly! He gets all the stars! My only issue is that Sears doesn't have a way to contact them. I have submitted a complaint due to it taking 3 months to get someone scheduled to install the part, and no one ever contacted me. Very displeased with Sears absence of customer service.
