Jessica L was very patient with me as she first diagnosed the problem with my Maytag washer last week. She was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient as she ordered the machine rods and then explained to me the problem. Today she fixed the problem efficiently and was very courteous again as she entered and exited my home. Very prompt in her arrival and the arrival of the replacement part to my home. She sets a good example of Sears, and her twenty year old generation especially to a baby boomer at 61 & 1/2. Thank you for sending Jessica to fix my Maytag washing machine.
