Work on dryer
The technician called and let me know she was on her way and would be there in about 23-30 mins. She arrived on time, was very courteous and went right to work on my dryer. She finished up the work and cleaned up after herself.

Me. Phil let me know about when he would arrive. Knew right away what the problem was, fixed the problem and serviced my dryer. Kept my floor protected and cleaned up after himself. He was courteous and professional.

Maintenance check of heating and air unit
Technician explained all that was checked . He assured me that equipment was working properly. It was suggested that a trench be drugged to keep water draining properly from the unit. Very helpful.
