Paul was polite and went about his work and was very professional with his inspection of our unit. We followed his recommendations on having the unit cleaned and checking the Freon. Paul seems to be well trained and well qualified for his line of work.

Dishwasher service
Mr. Philip Hassel was sent by the Sears network to repair a dishwasher that was not draining. After detailed evaluation, Mr. Hassel found it was not draining, that the flow of water into the washer was restricted, and that it was not cycling correctly. He surmised that the circuit board was sending wrong signals, so he disconnected the machine and rebooted the unit. Upon which occurrence, the dishwasher began to function appropriately. He cycled the machine several times, to assure that normal function was stable. He was very personable, and his instructions were helpful to me and my wife. I am grateful for his service.
